Store 404 is a sneaker and streetwear business based in Ghana. We offer a curated selection of sneakers available for in-stock purchase as well as preorders. We deliver across Ghana.
We are currently based in Accra, Ghana. We do not operate a physical walk-in store. All orders are processed and delivered to your location.
Yes! We offer delivery both locally within Kumasi and nationwide across Ghana. Delivery timelines and fees may vary depending on your location.
You can place an order through our website or by reaching out to us directly via our social media pages on Instagram and Snapchat. Simply select your preferred sneaker, size, and provide your delivery details.
We currently accept Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, Airtel Tigo Money) and Bank Transfers. Payment details will be provided at checkout or when your order is confirmed.
A preorder allows you to reserve a sneaker before it arrives in stock. Once you place a preorder and make payment, we will notify you when your item is ready and ship it to you. Preorder timelines vary depending on availability and shipping schedules.
Delivery times depend on your location. Accra (local) is typically 1-2 business days. Other regions (nationwide) are typically 2-5 business days. You will be notified once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and will be communicated to you before your order is confirmed. We aim to keep delivery costs as affordable as possible.
Order cancellations are only accepted before the order has been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. For preorders, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours after placing your order. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
All sales at Store 404 are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. We strongly encourage customers to verify their size and confirm all order details before completing payment. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and we will resolve the issue.
